Hello everyone!

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to my blog/website. Thank you to Simon Lacouline for setting up the blog and revamping my website. If you need any website services, I encourage you to contact him at www.SimonLacouline.com. He’s a great guy and will take really good care of you (even the techy-challenged people like me ).

It has been just over a year since I moved to Calgary and it’s slowly starting to feel like home. Here is an update on my services and successes.

In regard to Reflexology, I am offering sessions in my private studio as well as doing house calls. My clientele is growing and I couldn’t be happier. I am also volunteering one day a week at Hospice Calgary where I offer Reflexology sessions to cancer patients who participate in the “Living With Cancer program”. What an incredible group of people who teach me how to live in the moment and to be grateful for the health and happiness that I have.

My Personal Training services are in full swing. Sessions are offered in my private studio and I offer home visits as well. I have a great clientele of hard working, dedicated men and women who have all lost inches, pounds, body fat% and who have increased their stength and stamina. I currently have two clients who will be competing in Figure this year for the first time. I love taking people on the competition journey!

Speaking of which, I competed this past Fall in Edmonton in bodybuilding and had a great time. I placed first in my weight class (middleweight) and second in masters (over 35). I am taking this year off to train hard and to make changes so that when I step on stage in 2013, I will be unbeatable!

I thank all of you for your encouragement. Thank you to my clients who make my work so pleasureable. If you are considering Personal Training or Reflexology sessions, drop me a line and I would be happy to answer any of your questions.

Yours in health and strength,

Lynne
